This month has brought upon many realizations and one of them is how absolutely essential it is for queer folks and their businesses to get recognized.

“Made By Queer Folks” and “Queer Owned Shop” Badges are Now Available for Free Download

“I felt like there’s a better way to represent a queer shop and have others recognize and support queer owned shops across the web… so I created these badges for ya’ll to use in your Etsy shops, personal websites and across social media. It lets others know they’re supporting a queer shop, owned by queer folks and not just a rainbow logo plastered on something for the month of June. Don’t get me wrong, we love the support, however support and marketing are two different things. A Message to allys: when you see this badge you know you’re supporting a queer owned shop. If they don’t have a badge up, do your research before putting your dollar towards ‘marketing’.”
