#1 There will likely be swearing, humour, laughter and joy. If you are attending live and have kiddos running around or simply want to be mindful, please wear headphones.

#2 Please ensure you're in a space without distraction, where you can commit 100% to yourself and your intuition. When you're engaged and attentive, you receive 100% of the benefits (especially during our intuitive or creative sessions).

- If you're tuning in on your computer, ensure your phone is off or turned on focus mode, or in another room.

Introverts: This is a safe space for you.

ADHD-friendly:

-Remove all distractions out of the way for this class - this will help you think and be in your body more.

-Check in with yourself. Do you need snackies? how about a warm blanket? water? tea?

-If you focus better while moving or having a squishy ball or stuffy around you, please do so.

-Come with a notebook and pencil/pen handy.

-Set time aside for yourself to focus to the best of your ability. If you focus better while moving around, doodling or listening to gentle music, please do so.
