WELCOME VIDEO & INFO

  • #1 There will likely be swearing, humour, laughter and joy. If you are attending live and have kiddos running around or simply want to be mindful, please wear headphones.

    #2 Please ensure you're in a space without distraction, where you can commit 100% to yourself and your intuition. When you're engaged and attentive, you receive 100% of the benefits (especially during our intuitive or creative sessions).

    - If you're tuning in on your computer, ensure your phone is off or turned on focus mode, or in another room.

    #3 Camera on/off (for live events):

    I would love to see your faces! If you choose to show your face, please note that you are consenting to being recorded via video (and audio, when and if you speak).

    Please turn off your cameras if you have to use the restroom during the event, yet still want to tune in.

    Introverts: This is a safe space for you. If you're uncomfortable with using your camera, you absolutely do not have to.

    ADHD-friendly:

    -Remove all distractions out of the way for this class - this will help you think and be in your body more.

    -Check in with yourself. Do you need snackies? how about a warm blanket? water? tea?

    -If you focus better while moving or having a squishy ball or stuffy around you, please do so.

    -Come with a notebook and pencil/pen handy.

    -Set time aside for yourself to focus to the best of your ability. If you focus better while moving around, doodling or listening to gentle music, please do so.

    (For live events: Please be aware, if you're playing music, and your mic accidentally goes off mute, or if you're speaking, the music will need to be turned off due to copyright reasons)
