SIERRA’S STORY
Sierra expresses herself through serving others and having their lives transform through unconditional love, compassion, patience and creating space for every piece of themselves.
As a self empowerment coach, she has a deep core devotion to have people truly experience themselves as a self expression of who they are in the world, unmasked.
She has almost a decade of rigorous self development under her belt, just entering into her 30s. Whether she’s creating a safe space in an intimate setting one on one, to a handful, or a large group of like minded individuals; through exercises to look at their lives without judgment, and transform their current mindset. She has this amazing ability to make you feel seen, as if you’re the only one she’s speaking to.
She has spent the last 3 years gaining knowledge and experience in the effects that trauma has in Children and Youth, and how that impacts us as adults. She has extensive experience of her own with healing generational and childhood trauma. Sierra knows intimately the deepest, darkest parts of herself and is able to connect with others on a profound level that most people don’t get to experience. Without judgment, hesitation or fear.
Sierra uses her gifts as a Medium, Channel for Spirit and distinct intuitive abilities to support her clients with their journeys while drawing on the support of their own spirit team. She wants everyone to experience stepping into their power, deep connections with themselves, to know, and trust themselves fully. To live their lives fully as an expression of who they are, realized in this 3D realm.
Sierra comes from a small town in the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island. Growing up surrounded by lush botanical West Coast rainforests and farms, Sierra has found her niche as a Garden Consultant specializing in Regenerative Kitchen Garden Design.
Sierra is often referred to as exuding “Mom energy” and prides herself in creating a life that is an expression of that passion. She currently has two Flemish Giant Rabbits, Sweet Pea and Rufus, while she prepares to expand her family with her Fiance, Andrew.

When I met Sunny, I felt as though I had hit the ceiling of what I was able to accomplish on my own. I’ve always known about Manifestation and my spiritual gifts, however, I separated that part of myself since I believed it wasn’t socially acceptable. After starting to work with Sunny, I quickly shifted my life to one of less resistance, in only a few short months. Leaving a traditional job to jump both feet in on my own business, I realized that my life was never going to be the same, for the best.

I never thought that I would be an Entrepreneur, as my Partner has always been, and I felt like I needed the stability of a “normal job” to fulfill that.

My life has very quickly gone from one of “recovering” from my draining job and “adulting tasks”, to one of time freedom, creation and fun.
I used to wake up in the morning dreading all the things I had to do, or how much of myself I had to give for a job that no longer felt in alignment with me. I craved a life that didn’t revolve around recovering from something. Within 2 weeks of starting the Emerging You program, I launched my own business, confidently. I left my job 2 days later. I now have more time, capacity, space and energy to tackle any curveballs that life throws at me.
To wake up and CHOOSE what I want to do that feels good to me, is a freedom that I had given up on, and is now my day-to-day. Living true to myself. I have embraced myself as a whole, no more compartmentalizing my gifts. I live from believing in myself and the value I have to share with others.
